Aaron Salsbury

Aaron Salsbury is a Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at E15. He has over a decade of experience developing hospitality strategy and business optimization initiatives in the retail foodservice industry. He has worked on projects at iconic venues such as Wrigley Field, the United Center, and the National Air & Space Museum, as well as with innovative companies like Amazon, Morgan Stanley, and the World Bank.

His time spent working for an NHL team (Chicago Blackhawks), in business development (concessionaire Professional Sports Catering), and E15 enables Aaron to help clients set the right hospitality strategy.

In his time at E15, Aaron’s focus has centered around collaborating with partners to develop capital investment, technology integration, and menu optimization strategies unique to each location. His ability to use data to help drive operationally feasible strategy is exemplified in Wrigley Field and Ford Field’s major capital renovations.

Aaron received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a graduate of Bucknell University. He currently lives outside New York City with his wife Melissa and sons Henry and Camden.
