Amanda Thompson

Amanda brings her entrepreneurial spirit and love of strategy, operations, and insights to her role as Chief Executive Officer of E15 Group. She leads an incredibly talented team that solves complex business challenges for clients using advanced data-driven methods and tools. In her role, Amanda oversees the development and deployment of business insights, revenue optimization tools, market research, and advanced data science methodologies. Her passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning led her to co-create E15’s proprietary spatial planning algorithm and Natural Language Processing tools, driving insights on how to allocate capex and drive insights from guest feedback in real-time to tech companies, universities, and cultural institutions. Amanda developed E15’s season planning process for sports clients, enhancing financial performance and guest experience in NBA, NHL, and MLB venues, and developed E15’s industry-leading market research practice that provided a holistic view of fans to top professional teams. Prior to joining E15, Amanda was active in the Chicago startup community, holding a variety of strategy and sales roles at high-growth ventures. Amanda earned her MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and BS, Business Administration with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Aaron Salsbury

Aaron Salsbury is a Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at E15. He has over a decade of experience developing hospitality strategy and business optimization initiatives in the retail foodservice industry. He has worked on projects at iconic venues such as Wrigley Field, the United Center, and the National Air & Space Museum, as well as with innovative companies like Amazon, Morgan Stanley, and the World Bank. His time spent working for an NHL team (Chicago Blackhawks), in business development (concessionaire Professional Sports Catering), and E15 enables Aaron to help clients set the right hospitality strategy. In his time at E15, Aaron's focus has centered around collaborating with partners to develop capital investment, technology integration, and menu optimization strategies unique to each location. His ability to use data to help drive operationally feasible strategy is exemplified in Wrigley Field and Ford Field's major capital renovations. Aaron received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a graduate of Bucknell University. He currently lives outside New York City with his wife Melissa and sons Henry and Camden.

Sandeep Satish

Sandeep Satish is Vice President of Strategy & Analytics at Levy. With a keen sense for finance and deep understanding of how professional sports teams operate thanks to previous experience with Citibank, Major League Baseball, and the Chicago Bears, Sandeep is able to guide Levy operators and their partners through the most fiscally efficient and innovative solutions to challenges many teams face in the ever-changing sports and hospitality industries. Sandeep played an integral role in establishing Levy-wide speed of service best practices and has partnered with Barclays Center on designing the recently launched Swag Shop using data and analytics. He has also led the consumer insights and technology strategy to shape the programming at Audi Field, which opened in the summer of 2018 Sandeep holds an MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

Mallory DeHaven

Mallory DeHaven joined the team in January 2020 as the VP of Strategy and Analytics at E15. In her role, Mallory works with clients to understand their food and beverage program needs and design both operational and experience hospitality strategies to meet them. Her experience in financial services and start-up operations has kept her grounded in the numbers but focused on out-of-the box ideas and solutions. Since joining, she has focused on building scalable food programs, deploying technology strategies and infusing data and analytics into daily operations. She is passionate about ensuring her clients are working with the right partners, towards the right goals. Mallory received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a graduate of Butler University. She currently lives in Chicago with her husband, Scott.

Addy Ryan

Addy Ryan is Director of Consumer Insights at E15 Group. She leads a team of researchers who uncover market and consumer trends, allowing organizations to create products, services, and marketing campaigns specific to their customers. E15’s Consumer Insights team uses a combination of syndicated data sources, primary market research, and voice of the customer insights to provide a holistic view to answer critical business questions facing clients today. Addy’s experience spans sports & entertainment, education, healthcare, business & industry, retail, and hospitality, where she helps partners conduct brand perception, concept development, advertising, ticketing, and sponsorship research. With a background in market research, Addy specializes in designing scalable products and research solutions across a variety of methodologies, including conjoint, MaxDiff, segmentation, TURF analysis, focus groups, journey mapping, intercepts, shop-alongs, and central location testing. Prior to joining E15, Addy was a Manager of Custom Market Research at Datassential, a leading foodservice market research firm, and she is a graduate of DePaul University.
